Let go of your past

Since you were born, you've been collecting experiences. Some beautiful. Some painful.

And if you’re like most people, it’s the painful ones that tend to stick.

We carry them - into our relationships, our work, our conversations.
We say we want to grow, to evolve, to be our “best self”…
But we still hold onto the old stories.
Stories where we were the victim. Where someone hurt us.
Stories filled with shame, regret, or embarrassment.

We keep bringing them up - sometimes years later.
And then we wonder why we still feel heavy inside.

So how do you stop suffering?

You stop talking about the stories that disempower you.
You stop keeping the pain alive by giving it your voice.

You choose to let it go.

Really.
Let it go.

Acknowledge it.
Thank it.
And release it.

Then start speaking about what you love.
What you’re building.
What lights you up.

Not because you’re trying to fake it—but because you deserve to feel good inside of yourself.

That’s what this is really about.

You feeling good - and others around you receiving that priceless gift from you, too.

And the moment you stop gripping the old story…
A new one begins.

Loving you,
True

P.s. I’m looking to work with an incredible person who has already achieved some pretty cool things, but may be open to some support to achieve a seemingly impossible goal or release something holding them back. If that’s you, or someone you may know, reply to this email and let’s chat.
